In today’s world, this may sometimes feel impossible – but in actuality it is our birthright. Embodied Wholeness, LLC is here to help us restore this way of being.

When we are aligned to our Soul and to God/Source, are in a cultivated state of deep connection with others, and have flexibility in our central nervous system, an altered way of experiencing life opens to us like a portal. This portal, however, can be closed by belief in or experiences of separateness – separateness from our Body/Mind/Soul, separateness from others, and separateness from God/Source. 

Lack of connection can lead to isolation, dysregulation, and/or emptiness that often give rise to a variety of physical, mental and/or emotional challenges. Over time, our central nervous system can develop persistent and consistent patterns that keep us stuck in repetitive habits, sometimes causing physical or emotional problems (such as autoimmune diseases, hypertension, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression, lack of confidence, despair, lack of focus, restlessness, panic, etc.). Ultimately we can become blocked from reaching our full potential.

But we don't have to stay stuck . . . there is a way through.
